This is an unusual alert, but we believe it must be tried because it is an unusual situation.
Senate Bill 2387 Amendment 1 is poised to move to committee within an hours notice. This bill may move to committee yet this evening. We need all interested parties to monitor the bill's movement and be ready to post witness slips at a moments notice. This will move so fast we will be unable to warn you in time.
This amendment will
change the way one is to transfer a firearm between family members.
Please follow the status of the bill here. Unfortunately, we have no way to know what committee it may be assigned to or when and that is why we must ask you to watch and be ready to act.
