Rock Island County has a proposition on the General Election Ballot;  “SHOULD THE ILLINOIS GENERAL ASSEMBLY PROTECT A CITIZEN’S RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS AS DEFINED BY THE SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION?”
