Vote on Emergency Powers Orders The City of Bloomington City Council will meet form 6pm to 8p on Monday March 23rd at the Bloomington City Hall. The Bloomington City Council will be considering Emergency Powers Orders which may directly endanger you Second Amendment Rights. In general, both provisions allow for the seizure of property, goods and materials; stopping or initiating rationing of the sale of food, gasoline, alcohol and other goods such as firearms and ammunition; and restricting public movement. The ISRA Believes these orders are unconstitutional and urge you to contact your City Councilman and ask them to vote against the Emergency Powers Ordinance. Thank you for being involved.
