After serving the community in many different ways – soccer coach, President of the LTHS Foundation, church Finance Committee, High School Booster Club President – I was elected to the Will County Board six years ago in District 7, which includes Homer Glen, Lockport, and New Lenox.

I have served on the Land Use Committee and Finance Committee. For four years, I served as Committee Chair for the Finance Committee and as Vice Chair on the Capital Improvement Committee.

During that time we crafted the Building Will Plan – an initiative to finance a group of County buildings all without raising taxes.

We started and completed our Public Safety Complex and are currently building a 370,000 sq. ft. County Court House, a 70,000 sq. ft. Health Department, and a new EMA and Animal Control building.

I am also a current member of the Executive Board of the Children’s Advocacy Center.

And, as always, there's current events. Lawsuits, politics, news coverage of shootings and incidents, corporate virtue signaling and more, we will have plenty to talk about.

Our host Kenootz's Pizza will again be offering a Buffet meal for this meeting.
