Dear ,
Firearm Dealers Needed for Important Illinois Lawsuit
The Illinois State Rifle Association is partnering with the NRA and others on a soon-to-be-filed lawsuit challenging Illinois’
mandatory 72-hour waiting period to purchase a firearm.
As part of this effort, we would like to speak with firearm dealers who have brick-and-mortar retail locations and may be interested in participating in the lawsuit as a plaintiff.
We are especially looking for firearm dealers in northern and southern Illinois. For court purposes, this includes the areas shown in white on the map
below.
If you operate a retail firearm business in one of these geographic areas and are interested in serving as a plaintiff in this important lawsuit, please contact ISRA counsel David Sigale as quickly as possible.
You may also contact him if you have questions or would like more information about what participation may involve.
