LIVINGSTON COUNTY TOWN HALL MEETING!

Join us for the next Livingston County ISRA Town Hall meeting at South Post Guns in Streator.

Social Time: 6:00–6:30 PM
Come early and enjoy a great meal of baked ham and scalloped potatoes, prepared by a dedicated ISRA member. Donations are appreciated.

Our guest speaker will be Kelly Cavanaugh, ISRA Board Member, who will present an informational session on NRA Short-Term Gunsmithing Classes.

These classes give everyday gun owners a chance to learn how to properly work on their own firearms. Most classes are five days or less, affordable, and held at colleges with gunsmithing programs. The classes take place in real gunsmithing shops and are taught by experienced instructors.

There are currently three colleges around the country taking part in this program. Kelly has attended all three and will share what he learned, what gun owners can expect, and why this little-known program is worth knowing about.

You can also come early and try out South Post Guns’ indoor range. Bring your own firearm or rent one of theirs. Rentals are available, including full-auto options.

It’s a great evening for Illinois gun owners: spend some time on the range, share a meal with like-minded people, and learn about a practical way to improve your gunsmithing skills.
