billion lawsuit against U.S. gun manufacturers, including Smith & Wesson – which falsely claims they are fueling cartel violence by facilitating illegal gun trafficking.
The highest court in the land recognizes our 2nd Amendment rights; and today – they also recognize our industry’s legal protections. “

Supreme Court also recognized that AR-15, AK-47, and .50 caliber rifles are both widely legal and bought by many ordinary consumers. *
The Supreme Court recognition of these facts are very important.
