Representative Bob Morgan has a new gun control bill (HB34) that prohibits concealed carry in polling places. This prohibition appears to be year round, not just on election day. Additionally, committee amendment 1 extends the prohibition to "building, real property, or parking area" of a polling place. This means if the polling place is your apartment
building, condo association, or other community, you can't possess a firearm in your own home. Security officers at churches, synagogues, and schools would also be disarmed under this bill.
