David Windsor will be our guest speaker.
David brings over three decades of dedicated service in the United States Army and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he has
distinguished himself in leadership, intelligence, and security operations. As a Command Sergeant Major (CSM) in the Army, David has 32 years of specialized experience in reconnaissance and intelligence, including three combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. In these roles, he trained U.S. Special Forces in Aircraft Take-Down Tactics and supported peacekeeping missions in Kosovo, alongside critical humanitarian deployments for hurricane relief and COVID-19 response efforts.
For the past 22 years, David has served as a counter-terrorism agent within DHS, executing high-stakes operations worldwide and leading joint agency missions that strengthen national security. He is a certified DHS instructor, proficient in firearms, medical skills, and practical legal knowledge, empowering both civilian and law enforcement personnel with advanced security skills. In addition, Mr.
Windsor founded private enterprises focused on security awareness and firearms proficiency.
David has completed numerous advanced military and DHS leadership programs. His service reflects a deep commitment to national security and leadership, driven by core values of integrity, responsibility, and dedication to the mission of protecting and developing
others.
