Dear Downers Grove ISRA Member,

I want you to know that the village of Downers Grove is considering an ordinance to ban semi-automatic firearm sales, similar to the ban that Naperville just passed. Attached you will find a copy of the meeting minutes from the August 16, 2022 meeting. I would suggest you contact your Mayor and Commissioner and let them know that you oppose this semi-automatic firearm sales ban. We have contacted our attorney and informed him of this impending action.
